The Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith land on a strange planet and find themselves caught in a battle between the Daleks and Cybermen. However, they soon realise something very odd about their enemies. Something has altered their futuristic abilities and transformed them into nothing more than a Victorian Steam engine.
Even the Doctors sonic screw driver has been reverted back to a normal screw driver and the TARDIS now runs on Petrol.
The Doctor and Sarah Jane must race to find out how to stop the TARDIS transformation so they can leave the planet!
